How Vektor works

The Vektor connects to your existing network and does not require you to re-wire anything; attach the Vektor’s network cable to your network and then use the control app to tell Vektor what devices it should control and route through the Vektor’s network protection. The Vektor will take control and manage your network through an easy to use app.
The Vektor watches network traffic to detect malware, performs analysis on traffic between local devices in addition to communication with servers outside your local network, and scans for vulnerabilities on your network. The Vektor uses machine-learning algorithms to develop a model of your devices’ normal network traffic so it can detect the abnormalities that may signal a developing attack.
In addition to blocking malware and protecting vunerabile systems from hackers the Vektor can block ads and web trackers to protect your privacy. The Vektor can also operate as a VPN router, allowing you to connect as many devices as you want to a VPN and protecting your privacy.
